Special message from the LBA President.

I would like to say welcome and thank you to the Lilburn Business Association 2008-2009 Board of Directors

Just a quick thank you to all for agreeing to help the Lilburn Business Association "Broaden Our Horizons". By you saying yes to help this happen represents new milestones for the LBA. This is the first time we have had new Board positions (Board Member at Large) and the first time (with By-Law compliance) we have had board members outside the Lilburn zip code.

We have in the past welcomed any and all to assist in our community building and events and now we welcome those same hard working and dedicated community supporters to true positions of influence. These new "influences" will give the LBA more opportunity and broader vision which will make all healthier and more prosperous.

Thanks to all who attended Saturday's Concert for Cans at

Lilburn City Park. It was an enjoyable evening.

Parkview High Band and their patriotic musical presentation

were excellent.

This event was held in an effort to support the Lilburn Co-op and their effort to supply canned food items to those temporarily in need. We were successful in that effort. However the Co-op needs your help ongoing. Please visit www.lilburncoop.org and discover how you can help.
